Dear CCA Members,
The 13th COSCOM Association is now accepting candidate nominations for 2026 Hall of Fame HOF.
According to our Association bylaws, we have the ability to nominate and elect one Soldier each year, as well as one civilian “friend of the Sustainment Command” to the 13th Sustainment Hall of Fame. Since 2011, we have recognized distinguished alumni of the unit for their dedication and devotion to furthering the mission of the command and Association.
Any member of the 13th COSCOM Association can nominate a candidate.

Format and Criteria for Hall of Fame Nominations
Format:
One page nomination letter for the candidate and a biography with photo.
Criteria:
• “Service”, to date, the quantity in years served on active duty or reserves in service to the country, (military units, 13th CCA, and or 13th ESC Units);
• “Association Support”, personal actions taken to support the 13th CCA; “Leadership”, addresses leadership positions held within the 13th COSCOM / 13th ESC units;
• “Other”, is a bonus point category, any additional advantages considered by the reviewer such as anticipation of the future support to the 13th CCA if the nominee was selected for the HOF.
